FESTIVAL
Dong Cuong Festival
The Dong Cuong Temple is about 50km from the city of Yen Bai. It is dedicated to the Mau Thuong Ngan (Saint Mother Thuong Ngan). Every year, the Dong Cuong Festival is held after the Lunar New Year' Fesstival, at the first Mao day (cat day). The worshipping ceremony is solemn and the festival features many local traditional folk games.
